Scale Your Impact. Protect Your Signal
Your resistance is sacred wisdom. Your concerns are energetic intelligence.
I had the merit of attending the AI for Good Summit in Geneva last week. Three years ago, I started hearing about AI's power and how it would replace white-collar jobs within five years. I've never been tech-savvy—I probably use 0.5% of my iPhone's capabilities, still keep a physical diary for appointments, and handwrite thank-you notes on stationery I buy annually. Yet, I was intrigued by what this AI thing actually is, while simultaneously resistant because, as I mentioned, I'm not a techie. At all.
I started learning about all the tools to connect different platforms, and the ease, flow, and flexibility to which you can manage certain work flows excited me. I’ve spent over 10,000 hours learning the industry, what AI really is, its capabilities, business model, and most importantly, how to use the most relevant tools to create workflows, dashboards, analyze markets, demographics, etc. Since I started my learning journey, it has leapfrogged quicker than I could ever imagine. BUT, the more I learned about AI, the more I became skeptical about the planetary implications. I kept asking myself, ‘ does this tool align with my values? I know we can’t avoid it, how do I resolute with this shift? ‘ That was what inspired me to attend the AI for Good Summit this year. I left inspired, motivated, and excited to continue to help conscious founders bridge and navigate this vastly uncharted territory as part of my overall mission. What I’ve learned is the following:
Most conscious founders I know treat AI like it's going to steal their soul. They reject it entirely because something feels off—the energy is extractive, the providers seem soulless, the whole ecosystem appears designed for optimization at any cost.
But here's what I've come to realise: The founders who will own the next decade aren't the ones avoiding AI. They're the ones learning to tell the difference between AI that fragments and AI that amplifies. Between technology that extracts and technology that actually serves.
AI that fragments pulls you away from presence—automating choices that are meant to be intuitive, disconnecting you from your clients' deeper needs, and optimizing for metrics that don't align with your soul mission. AI that amplifies enhances your capacity to listen, to serve, and to stay rooted in your essence while extending your reach and deepening your impact.
This isn't about turning your wellness brand into a tech company. It's about using technology as infrastructure for a conscious business that can scale without losing what makes it special.
